and rotating supplies by date Ensuring supplies are ordered and making sure that supplies do not run out
Discarding out of date Material and ensuring compliance with COSHH plus ensuring stock is stored correctly also checking the online that the products match the data sheets
Checking staff daily cleaning data
I have completed Material Data Sheets (MDS)
Filing paper work that is required on a weekly basis
Consignment forms and check that all paper work is in date order
When Manager has been off on Annual Leave, I have checked staff were on alright on sight at Kings Lodge, if there were issues I reported back to Managers, Manager When uniform needed to be ordered I researched the products from the suppliers, account number we used and found information I needed and to check it was the right, product, sizes and logo where this had to be placed on the uniform I took this to the manger on site and asked if they could order the items
