PATROL DISPATCHER 2016-2020
As a Patrol Dispatcher at RAC, I was responsible for managing the allocation of patrol teams across multiple regions to ensure prompt and efficient breakdown assistance. My role involved coordinating with patrols and breakdown technicians, ensuring sufficient coverage, and strategically planning resources to meet customer needs. I played a key part in optimising service delivery, ensuring customers received timely support while maintaining operational efficiency. As a volunteer for SKT Welfare, a UK run charity I have taken on leadership and organization, to help with “The Date Project’. This involved allocating orders and delivering parcels to customers. As a volunteer, I help with orders and queries of online orders. Alongside this, I also raised money through offline-orders and by raising awareness about the charity through my social media platforms. The money goes towards providing food, water and shelter to orphans. In 2020 I managed to raise £300 and in 2021 I raised £550. The money raised, aided the people in need in Syria, Rohingya, Palestine and Yemen.
