  • Reporting into the CEO as the EDI Specialist, Consultant, Advisory Head and Employee Advocate delivering an ambitious 2-year project alongside integrated key stakeholders to primarily quality check public data was secure and not used or shared for marketing purposes.
  • Vision, Strategy and Outcome - How to make EDI more transparent and help individuals demonstrate understanding and leadership in EDI matters. Strategy used included review of root cause analysis, review precedents set, role reversals to gain understanding of impact of other perspectives, undertaking lessons learnt with the view to implement reviews to monitor working hours, flexible working and having more accountability within the working environment. Created EDI branding and designed a tripartite EDI brochure, emphasizing that "EDI is Everyone's Business."
