Additionally, I have over 20 years of professional experience in corporate management and financial consulting. As a highly enthusiastic encouraging professional teacher, I am confident in my ability to become a member of your academic teaching team. As you will note, the enclosed CV highlights my career practice at Cardinal Newman School, University of Bolton, Gosford Hill- School, a number of short-term cover placements through Simply & County Teachers Education in different schools and Colleges in the United Kingdom, as well as my desire to promote strong student –teacher learning. Since 2015-10-01 when I qualified as a teacher, I have had an opportunity to instruct a wide variety of learners at Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Maths across KEY stages 3-5, up to date. This has brought invaluable experience, as a result I am a person who assesses each learner’s needs, and tailors lesson plans to accommodate diverse interests, develops and adheres to school policies, while providing individualised learner support. Additionally, I encourage student learning by incorporating activities as a learning strategy to reinforce effectiveness while assessing learner knowledge impact. One of my greatest strengths is keeping the students motivated and participating in the learning process while showing the utmost professional mentorship. In addition to the above approaches, I provide individualised praise and positive encouragement to boast all students’ self-confidence and self-esteem while developing an excellent rapport with learners.
