My husband and I created a Bed & Breakfast Cycling Tour business in the French Pyrenees in 2007. Here we offered full package holidays mainly for cyclists who came from all over the world. From airport pickup to our accommodation, full board and a guided cycle tours around the Pyrénées.
Upon taking reservations from a single person to a group of people my organisaition and communications skills were professional and friendly at all times. My aim was to help our potential guests feel that they had chosen the right accommodation and tour guide at the right price and to reassure them that all their holiday needs would be met.
I provided a friendly, attentive customer service when answering the telephone to the clients, taking medical orders from various companies, answering questions and advising. Ensuring the correct equipment could be given to meet clients deadline. Re-ordering the companies supplies when needed.
Monitoring customer care goals and development was essential for the company and my development as team member.
As a Secretary for an accountancy company. I typed accounts, letters and schedules meeting strick deadlines.
Arranged meetings with clients and ensured they were welcomed professionally upon their arrival. Organisation of refreshments to meet the clients needs.
Responded to emails and answered multi-line phone system enthusiastically greeting callers.
Created and updated files and records to maintain document compliance at all times.
