  • For 90 Residents at a significantly sized Residential Dementia Care Home for the MHA Care Group
  • I was in overall charge of the Care Home Estate and 50 Staff and had overall day to day responsibility for the efficient and effective running of the home
  • Rotas for all 50 Staff who were either Part-Time or Full-Time
  • As part of my role as Care Home Manager I carried out regular reviews and undertook monthly audits of all Care Plans to ensure they are all person centred, Risk Assessments were done by myself, ensuring they were reviewed and updated according on a minimal 12 month period.
  • I had an excellent engagement with our healthcare professionals to effectively advocate the rights and needs of the people in our care, quickly escalate concerns or risks through the correct channels whilst always maintaining professional boundaries throughout
  • I go out on assessment and then will undertake all admissions
