Summary

I have worked in Local Government for over 30 years. Firstly for Bradford Council and at Incommunities when we transfer away from the Council.


For the last 10 years have have delivered a range of employability contracts partnering with Bradford Council and Job Centre.


These contracts delivered job opportunities to customers and schemes similar to the recent Kickstart scheme. In addition I have deliver on contract on business support in the Community managing a team of six business coaches.


As part of these contracts we have delivered accredited City and Guilds employability training across the District.


Two years ago we won the Queens Award for our employability service offer and was presented the award at Windsor Castle.

  • Deliver the customer voice strategy to our Incommunities customers across the Bradford District. Ensuring that our customer voice is heard.
  • Lead on the delivery of a district wide employability contract with our delivery partners in conjunction with City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council.
  • Addressed customer issues with compassion and professionalism, ensuring swift, successful resolution.
  • Served as official representative of organisation to public groups or government agencies.
  • Directed day-to-day work of 5 employees and motivated teams to exceed objectives.
