Accomplishments

My biggest achievement would have to be receiving a 5 star award at the first care home I was the manager of. I worked extremely hard for 6 months to update the policies and procedures for the property, I also worked with the owner to improve the property by updating out of date furnishings and decoration in the residents room. I increased the staffing levels to meet the KPI and ensure all staff received training to ensure best practice. I was the youngest manager in the UK to be working towards the registered managers award at 22. The homes inspection CSCI report was outstanding and all the residents families were pleased with the changes I implemented to improve the home.
