Set up Road sweeper operation within the companies existing fleet, finding customers, organising daily runs and dealing with day to day maintenance issues.

This operation is now running with its own driver and I oversee getting involved as and when required.

• Prioritised order acknowledgements and coordinated appropriate delivery modes and equipment.
• Kept all company logs and records updated, recording daily details of work performed.
• Maintained vehicle fleet with precise coordination of preventive maintenance and functional repairs.

Started as an agency driver learning the role from the ground up, then contracted directly to the company, my role ended as a driver / trainer and I still contract to them using the Foundrock Ltd road sweeper.

I joined B & W Recruitment as soon as I passed my HGV test driving different trucks and learning the craft, I was the first driver they put into MJ Church Limited who have now become their biggest client and one I still contract to now.

I took this business over on 1996 from a family member and turned it around from a small cycle shop based in Midsomer Norton, Nr Bath to a £1m plus turnover online company.
