
I am a dedicated and customer-focused professional with over 10 years of experience in customer service and hospitality, now seeking to transition into an administrative or receptionist role. Through my background in fast-paced, people-focused environments, I have developed strong communication,organisation and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage competing priorities calmly and efficiently.
While I have limited direct administrative experience, I am highly adaptable, eager to learn and confident in my ability to quickly develop new systems and processes.
