Working in a variety of branch's this time as branch manager from the Woolwich from Tonbridge, Heathfield, Tunbridge Wells, Hastings, Bexhill and East Grinstead, I have also completed additional training to become a operational safe key holder , branch adviser, mortgage adviser (after completion of CEMAP) . I was also a new manger mentor and supported the area manager in the running of meeting / workshop and writing training programs for the branch network.

During my time at Safeway's , i started on there management trainee program , moving on to be a grocery manager then fresh manger followed by customer service manager, before getting promoted to deputy manager .

During this time i worked in all aspects of retail from administration to merchandising, marketing to baking bread and even butchery. Not only learning the skills but running the departments. Which in all gave me the knowledge, skills and ability to work in the management team as i had a through understanding for how the whole branch operated and how to apply it . Key skills being
