• Providing practical and emotional support and tenancy management to customers in North Tyneside Council emergency accommodation for homeless adults and families.
• Searching for and booking in homeless adults to hotels and North Tyneside owned temporary accommodation.

• Embedded within NHS general and mental health wards, working with homeless patients, I minimised the hospitals' delayed patient discharges and reduced the numbers of patients being discharged to the streets by using my knowledge of housing pathways and homeless legislation. (2019-2024)
• Embedded within Prisons and Probation offices to support those in housing need. (2017-2019)
• Person centred support to vulnerable adults including repeat A&E attenders, inpatients on secure mental health wards, prisoners and those working with the Probation Service.

• Homeless prevention support to individuals and families at risk of losing their accommodation by liaison with landlords and local authority housing teams
• Resettlement Support provided to those in their first tenancies and in temporary accommodation
• Income maximisation ensuring clients were accessing any welfare benefits they were entitled to
• Person centred support planning and risk management.

• Planned and facilitated at restorative justice meetings between victims of violent crimes, those convicted of these crimes and supporters of both.

Administrative support to Deputy International Division Director, diary management and travel arrangements.
