
Over 20 years of experience in education, including roles as Head of Department and classroom teacher in both mainstream and alternative settings. Most recent position involved delivering the SEND alternative provision in a thriving primary school for 9 years, I also act as a SEND mentor and tutor supporting mental health needs within the private sector. Recently pursued voluntary redundancy to transition into a new career aligned with personal interests, enrolling in Level 2 City and Guilds Floristry and various horticultural courses. Strong administrative and organisational skills , I am eager to gain knowledge and skills within a horticultural environment combining my skills and interests. Friendly and personable, I enjoy working as part of a team, I am able to build relationships quickly with a eye for accuracy and detail .
