I used my expertise and familiarity with the Conducttr platform to design and facilitate crisis training exercises and simulations, as part of my role I;

• Worked as a project manager for an extended exercise with the UK Military
• Actively deployed on two other extended military training exercises and advised training audiences on information operation injects in these exercises
• Designed vignettes of crisis training exercises to be demonstrated at conferences, expositions and to a varied client base.
• Trained clients on using the Conducttr Platform

I Provided proactive administrative and operational support to the Director of Strategic Business Resilience, the Resilience and Emergency Planning team and the Business Resilience Group, which included:

• Setting up meetings and providing a record of any discussions
• Aiding in the creation and maintenance of a filing system for a central business continuity plan site for all teams on the estate using ClearView and SharePoint.
• Supporting the operational response to Covid-19 or other incidents, including assisting with the delivery and operation of the Parliamentary test and trace service
• Attending the 2021 G7 Speaker's Conference in Chorley to ensure Covid-19 related issues were addressed on site

• Assisted colleagues with tasks such as compiling media briefings, researching events
• Created a report on a potential client using data compiled from Bloomberg Terminals and other sources
• Developed research skills in software such as Roxhill media-intelligence and Factiva databases
• Assisted with creating a brief on candidates for the June 2019 Conservative Party Race

• Worked directly with the director and the permanent staff with the objective of expanding the charity's services.
• Assisted in the completion of funding application forms from the FCO, DFID and independent sponsors for projects both in a domestic capacity and overseas.
• Represented my charity in a professional capacity when meeting face to face with Hounslow Council officials and other key individuals regarding my group's intention to improve its accessibility in the Borough.
• Emailed nearly two hundred councillors regarding setting up future opportunities to collaborate in the future.
• Occasionally met with the beneficiaries of the group to give them advice and support on sensitive cases such as asylum cases and contacting the Home Office and other branches of the government.
