I am a positive and hardworking individual, my work-life and career is important to me, a lot of my satisfaction in life comes from a job that I love.

I enjoy fast-paced work that I can really sink my teeth into. I am confident in the skills I have accumulated over the past 4-5 years of Venue and Event Management and yet am also keen to up-skill and I do not shy away from new tasks and roles. I am always looking to learn more and feel my career is progressing.

I have excellent literacy skills and confident IT Skills. I am a strong communicator and always keep myself organised and on task, one of the most satisfying things for me is looking back at a days work and being able to see all the tasks that I ticked off my list.

I enjoy working with people and work well in a team whether that be from a Management position or not.

My 10 years of service industry employment has given me the tools to communicate with clients, suppliers, contractors and my colleagues to always ensure each party is happy with the outcome.

My Experience at Hixon Green was similar to that of XOXO as I was doing the same job role in a similar establishment.


This role was also during the Covid Pandemic so I had to also ensure that;

  • I was keeping up to date with the ever changing Covid Safety Guidelines and that these were being met, for the safety of both my staff and customers.
  • Staff welfare was being monitored, for both their physical and mental health. That their concerns were being listened to and acted upon.
  • Staff were being regularly updated with how the Governments Covid Safety measures would effect them and their work-life.
  • That the return to work was as seamless as possible, that our customers returned and the same standards of service were being met that we had before.
