• Key Achievements:
• Help to improve Intercompany GRIR process in German entity, which was not working previously .I have helped to document SOP and define responsibilities. This increased the cashflow within affiliates by 236mm in 2022 and has been rolled forward to other affiliates

• I am also involved in other BOE projects which includes Intercompany process mapping, GRIR process improvement, Treasury mapping, and Netting process improvement.

• Came up with ways to keep track of customer and supplier rebates- This has increased efficiency within the department.
