I volunteered at Charing Cross Hospital as a Responder, where I supported both patients and staff in various roles. My responsibilities included assisting patients with their needs, actively listening to their concerns, conducting urgent blood runs, and supporting the clinical photographer. I was also trained to safely push wheelchairs and accompany patients outside, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing throughout the process.
