Passionate, confident, Innovative. Growing up aided my understanding of society. The impression of studying a subject you are passionate about is a tender thought and one I would appreciate. Teamwork and leadership are some of my most important values. Sport helped me understand how important setbacks they are as aid your ability to overcome and thrive in many situations. Teamwork is a skill that is as important as the rest. Working with and around pears is the greatest discovery imaginable and to be the centre of it growing up helped me realise how I can mould to scenarios in the health sector to mend society. Working with society in the future will align with my persona. Maths and Science aided my exploring for my love of education by providing skills like problem-solving and time-management.
I have been passionate about biology since the beginning of secondary school when I now had the opportunity to study it. Biology is a diverse subject which ranges from our natural world to how multiple organisms interconnect in their own world. Still, many questions are left unanswered with innovative discoveries happening every year. Teamwork is an essential skill that is compulsory in biology. Answering some questions for the first time is difficult alone with specific terminology and practical’s that involve problematic tasks we need to work around. Mathematics is a difficult diverse subject with countless problems which require an appropriate approach and careful consideration before attempting. The idea to tackle advanced concepts and research has been influential on my journey throughout my educational career.
Since young, I have been involved in numerous sports teams. Since I was 5, I attended Karate lessons up to the age of 16. Karate educated me with vital skills which made me who I am today. I hosted lessons for 2 years (14-16), sharing my knowledge on the sport and setting an example for younger children. From the age of 4, I participated in football for the first time. Football aided my mental health and gave me a drive for success. I have played for many high standing teams around Merseyside and Manchester whilst also being a captain for many years as well. Coaches saw my capability to control situations and motivate others to strive and achieve the best they can. These sports awarded me. Karate awarded me a 2nd Dan black belt at the end which required professionalism and commitment. Football rewarded me with many significant trophies and opportunities that only few were able to achieve in the county. I feel the science relates to my hobbies as there are many hurdles within the subject. I have a real drive for success into whatever I start.
