Month end, variance analysis, revenue streams, system implementation, management accounts, profit and loss, balance sheet reconciliations, supporting finance, ah hoc reporting, using formulas where appropriate, audit assistance.

• Assist with financial control and reporting for the Atom companies, with day-to-day responsibility for financial and accounts operations, including - but not limited to - financial and management accounts, tax compliance and budgeting/forecasting
• Reconcile bank accounts allocated on a regular basis and ensure all queries are resolved
• Provide support to the Accounts Payable team when required
• Provide support to the Credit Control team when required
• Ensuring daily uploads are complete
• Testing and supporting the Management Accountant with system implementations
• Assisting the Management Accountant and Financial Controller with Month End reconciliations and reporting including Fixed assets, Prepayments, Forex bank accounts, GBP bank accounts
• Liaising with the FP&A Team and providing support when required
• Assisting with forecasting the daily cash flow
• Assisting with audit queries when required
• Constantly striving to improve processes within the finance team
• Assisting with approving payments
• Controlling approval of Direct Debit payments
• Implementing system changes
• Striving to improve systems through automation with use of formula

• Completion of liquid, non liquid invoices
• Completion of payment runs
• Processing forex payments
• Completing accruals for month end procedures
• Aged creditors review
• Dealing with queries via email/telephone
