I find myself to be well established in fast-paced and challenging environments. I am eager to learn with aptitude for applying new knowledge with skill and efficiency.

I am focused and adept at planning, directing and maintaining a highly effective work router. I find myself to be skilled in applying creative and analytical approach to operations for continuous process improvement. I am capable at identifying or anticipating problems and providing solutions.

I have worked in a variety of rolls all which have assisted in helping me to maximize my skills in different situations. My time as joiner has helped me to develop a better understanding of the construction environment and how to find the best suited solutions to any projects. Being involved in the manual side of construction has given me a wider view and a better understanding of how the construction world works.

Additionally, my time shadowing quantity surveyors, architects and other established rolls within a construction team has allowed me to gain a better understanding of the behind the scenes acts which are crucial to the optimization of a project and its completion.
