For example CRM services like HubSpot. An exciting part of the course for me was going through different tasks that a sales person would have to do such as making cold calls, sending cold emails and doing outreach on LinkedIn. Another part I enjoyed was looking at presenting to prospects. I had to make a presentation to show to prospects about a billing software that had the potential to increase their revenue by 15%. This is more of an AE role however I have aspirations of reaching that level at some point in the near future. On the course I also discovered my love for sales and I am more determined than ever to land a sales role as an SDR/BDR and then see where my career can lead to based on my performance.
