Founded and co-ran RAGECLUB, a London-based live music and events brand focused on hip-hop and rap culture. Responsible for planning and executing underground rap events, including booking artists, one of which we had to handle flying in from the USA, coordinating venues, managing promotion campaigns, overseeing social media marketing, and handling event logistics. Built a growing audience and strong online engagement through targeted digital marketing, promoter networks, and high-energy branded experiences. So far we have successfully organised 5 live events in the UK and a few international collaborative events, increasing in attendance and boosting our brand recognition across the London music scene.

Volunteering at festivals has given me hands-on experience working in fast-paced live event environments, where communication, teamwork and organisation are essential. Through supporting event operations, assisting attendees and working alongside different teams, I’ve developed strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. This experience has also helped me gain a better understanding of event logistics, customer service and crowd management, all of which are highly valuable within the events industry. It has strengthened my passion for live events and shown that I can work professionally and adapt quickly in high-energy settings.
