• Delivered a 400kv GIS extension for Ørsted grid connection.
• Managed Link 1 & Link 2 interfaces across civil and electrical works.
• Operated within a live HV environment under National Grid Regulations. enforcing permits and safety control on a daily basis.
• Managed subcontractors and direct workforce to maintain programme and productivity targets.
• Appointed Temporary works coordinator, managing design, inspections and compliance.

• Oversaw QA/QC for civil and electrical packages, ensuring compliance with ITPs and specs.

3.2GW nuclear infrastructure works at Sizewell C with Anglia Civils.

• Delivered deep drainage packages under nuclear grade controls, working within highly regulated site conditions
• Managed temporary works for deep excavations, ensuring stability, sequencing and compliance with TW Procedures
• Controlled complex excavation activity's around existing services and constraints, maintaining safety and continuity of works
• Led planning and coordination of drainage networks and manhole installations in constrained work areas
• Acted as key interface between contractors, principle contractor and clients. resolving clashes and maintaining work flow
• Oversaw groundworks, reinforced concrete, utilities, and complex civil packages.
• Led multidisciplinary teams in a highly regulated, safety-critical environment.

• Managed QA documentation, method statements, and safety briefings.

Completed Projects include - West Green primary substation 132kv , Lowestoft primary substation 132kV, Maldon Grid 132kv, Basildon Grid 33kv, Shenfield substation 33kv, Braiswick 132kv and Wix Primary Substation 11kv.

• Delivered capital works projects (£1m–£10m) across primary substations and grid infrastructure.
• Managed civil, electrical, and mechanical works on live HV Substation projects (11kv, 33kv and 132kV assets.)
• Planned and managed site logistics and mobilisation activities, including coordination of lifting operations, plant deliveries and site set up to ensure safe and efficient project commencement.
• Delivered works within live electrical environments working closely with SAP & DNO, implementing robust exclusion zones, permit controls and safe systems of work.
• Drove programme delivery, coordinating with UK Power networks and project teams to meet key milestones.
• Led and coordinated multiple subcontractors and direct labour, maintaining productivity while enforcing strict compliance with HSE and CDM regulations.
• Managed QA for civil and electrical packages.
• Oversaw temporary works including excavations, trench support, Welfare set up and lifting operations.
