Achieved an increase in average parts processed daily from 200-250 to 500, implementing effective new processes.

Adapted quickly to new grading criteria imposed by DLG, enhancing inspection processes for certain imperfections.

Ensured accurate grading of all parts in accordance with VRA Certification Criteria.

Co-managed wheel and tyre stock, fostering a strong collaborative relationship with Tyre Bay Manager.

Collaborated closely with shipping, stores, personal effects, and returns teams, providing managerial coverage during absences.

Worked alongside Sales team to guarantee optimal quality of parts sold to customers.


I also help in areas not connected to my own. I have a strong understanding of all batteries. Nickel/lead acid and Lithium. I keep a detailed list of all stock and damaged batteries and make sure they are stored in the right place and stores safely and keep all documents of damaged batteries.


Until recently, I ensured all Catalytic Converters were all packaged ready to go which affected my own area a lot. but it was a job that needed doing when no one else could so I took that on until it was moved elsewhere.
