During my time with my current company I have been a hard-working individual. I have worked to help the department meet deadlines and targets for the store. Throughout my time I have ensured I have provided the best customer service to ensure the customers are happy with the service they have received. I have a lot of experience with communicating with customers and concerns they may have to resolve the issues they may have. Furthermore, I am a very polite person and I take a very professional approach to my work to ensure the job is completed to the best standard possible. I will always try my best to help my team or customers if they have any problems they need help with. I am a creative person as throughout my business course I completed multiple marketing and event campaigns which have required team work and attention to detail.
During my time at Tesco I have worked on multiple departments and I have learnt a lot to help me in my next role. Since 2022 I have worked on the online department as a personal shopper, a member of the dispatch team and more recently I have trained as a customer delivery driver. I have provided excellent customer service and I have managed well in high pressure situations which have lead to the best possible outcomes. I have dealt with unhappy complaints and unhappy customers making sure they are left happy and satisfied with the service they have received. During my time at Tesco I have been able to work as part as a team and deal with problems on my own to keep customers happy and to help the department stay successful. finally, I have had experience with dealing with customer complaints, where I have communicated with customers and helped resolve their issue.
