I am a confident, polite, enthusiastic and hard working 21 year old, I have successfully passed all my GCSES and both my college courses. I have worked two jobs, both of which have taught me a numerous amount of life skills. I believe I work well within a team and I can work efficiently alone too. I am also very calm which allows me to work better under pressure and in time constraint moments. Both my current and previous jobs have been customer service based. I have learnt various ways of keeping customers happy while ensuring work is completed. My previous job taught me that customers want their service to be exact and spot on with minimal error, this allowed me to learn how to find sensible solutions to any problems.
My role at Costcutter (Badersfield Convenience Store) includes many tasks with high responsibilities. My main job is to restock shelves whilst date rotating, checking labels are correct and match the on-shelf product, and serving customers at the till. I am also entrusted to complete small deliveries alone, checking the delivery order to ensure all products have been delivered.
Our shop also includes a post office, which I am trained to use. At the post office, my tasks include the posting of parcels, ensuring parcels are of the correct size and weight to ensure there are no extra chargers or the parcel isnt delivered. I also deal with small and large cash deposits and withdrawals.
As a waiter, my main duties were to seat customers, take customers' drink orders, serve meals in sufficient time, and deal with payments through the till.
