Currently, I am the Fermentation Supervisor in a commercial pilot plant, where I produce customized agricultural products and bio-stimulants through fermentation. In this role, I collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the efficient, effective, and profitable operation of the plant. Alongside laboratory duties, I oversee day-to-day operations, foster interdepartmental collaborations, engage with customers, and communicate vital information to relevant stakeholders. Furthermore, I contribute to research and development efforts for new products while optimizing and formulating existing ones to meet market and customer demands.
