when i left school i went straight to college which is where i started working in a kitchen and restaurant, i have done 3 years at college and worked my way through my level 1,2 and 3 whilst there
I had an amazing opportunity to travel to valencia in spain for 3 weeks with college which was a great experience getting to know how other countries work and run there restaurant and watching and learning to cook the way they cook whilst there being a language barrier, then while i was in college i went to a job fair which then gave me the opportunity to get the job i currently have at st georges park in the hilton hotel as a line chef where i have been for 2 years, where i have learnt to work as part of a fantastic team and master
