  • Managed two separate locations, London White City (Feb 2023 - October 2023) and the companies global flagship store on Oxford Street (October 2023 - Current). Below points reflect time in Oxford Street location.
  • Lead a large team of 6 senior managers, 3 visual managers, 15 supervisors and 120+ sales associates. Achieved through establishing a clear reporting structure and fair delegation of workload across in store teams.
  • Completed a full store restructuring of responsibilities as well as creating and rolling out updated role and responsibilities to the entire team. These changes allowed the store to run to a much higher standard with the team having clarity on the expectations on them as well as other members of the team.
  • Accountable for all store operations, turnover, stock loss, profit, customer and team satisfaction.
  • Fostered a people first approach in store, introducing dedicated spaces for time outs, prayer and one to one's. Set routine touch bases with all members of management to focus on their wellbeing not just business needs.
  • Recruited and developed multiple members of management who went on to successfully progress within the business into store manager roles.
  • In partnership with the events team coordinated multiple in store charity events, brand launches, student events and coffee shops. The store also supported local businesses by hosting fortnightly marketplace pop up "stalls" in store to run throughout peak trade.
  • The store reached such a standard that in August 2025 it hosted all EU managers for a full model store presentation - the first time this has ever been achieved in a flagship location.

  • Managing of one of Abercrombie’s largest and highest volume stores in the UK, the Hollister and Gilly Hicks side by side store in Westfield London.
  • Leading a team of 6 Managers, 7 team leads and 75+ part time members to sustained commercial success. Responsible for training all Assistant managers, Managers in training and team leads. Performing quarterly performance reviews, setting each team member up for success with monthly/weekly targets and providing them with the appropriate coaching to help them achieve these targets.
  • Overseeing the day to day operations of running a high volume store including staffing, training, payroll management, stockroom management, scheduling, customer experience as well as helping set the store stretch goals for all KPIs and setting the store up to achieve these.
  • Managing multiple brands with different demographics within the same location requires extensive visual merchandising ensuring all brands are accurately represented and both store fronts appear distinct.
  • Providing support to other stores within the London district, running training calls for assistant managers from around the district on various topics including, D&I, staffing, peak prep and business analysis.
  • Completing weekly in depth business analysis comparing KPI performance to bench marks set by the store in previous years/weeks considering any internal or external factors that have effected performance as well as contributions to district/regional business.
