As a secondary PE Teacher/head of year. I taught KS3, KS4 and KS5. At KS4 I taught GCSE PE theory and practical PE classes, A/S Level Anatomy, and Physiology and BTEC National Diploma.

Oversees and enhances school-wide behaviour and attitudes through strategic planning, data analysis, and direct intervention with students, staff, and parents.

Developing Emirati PE teachers into future leaders. The scope of this programme, from planning and implementation to managing such a large cohort of trainers and mentees, is significant. I’m sure the work is both challenging and rewarding, particularly given the long-term vision of sustainability and fostering leadership in PE education within the UAE.

My main roles and responsibilities included managing: Welfare & Well-Being, behaviour and expectations, attendance, collaboration with parents and external agencies, positive attitude towards learning
