Joshua Biltcliffe

I currently study Physics with Astrophysics at the University of York. I'm hardworking and keen to get back into the workplace after a brief absence to focus on starting my degree. Working in a fast paced environment that involves precision is where I work best which I think fits this role. I have 6 years experience working in customer service including 2 years as a manager so I excel in providing great service while handling an array of different people. my managerial experience has allowed me to develop great problem solving skills meaning I can often deal with issues with little to no outside help in order to maintain efficiency in the workplace. At university, I am an active member of the poker society and I spend a lot of my time there dealing tables for both cash and tournaments. I do this in a very efficient manner while entertaining the table and enforcing rules and allowing for a great game. As I study physics, I already have excellent numerical skills which would be vital to the role, this is also supported by my new elected role of treasurer of the Uni of York Dodgeball team.
