Promoted to Establishment Coordinator, I managed a team of approx 30-60, ensuring day to day operations ran smoothly. My role consisted of analysing KPIs, and taking note of customer feedback and complaints face to face to prevent escalations and improve our services. I would carefully vet potential employees to see if they were a suitable fit to our systems and work culture. I answered phone calls and responded to emails from clients. Managed internal communications through email and memos to deliver announcements. Trained and assigned tasks to team members. Applied best practices to adhere to company regulations and guidelines. Formulated and submitted progress reports to managements. I would maintain a tidy workplace to support cleanliness and quality standards, and scheduled meetings on a regular basis to discuss progress of projects, tasks and customer satisfaction.

Part of my role as games attendant was to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. I advised customers on game guidelines, enabling safe, compliant use of the escape rooms at all times. I would ensure I promoted a positive, fun atmosphere through acting and pure charisma on the microphones for optimised customer enjoyment. Because of this I achieved 100% service quality score by cultivating personalised customer service, fitting activity reservations to individual client preferences and making it an unforgettable experience.

In this unique attraction, where kids 4-14 were in charge of a literal city. I had the privilege of helping young children to develop critical life skills through educational role play. I role modelled positive behaviour and interpersonal skills. I would develop fun and engaging learning experiences with energy and enthusiasm to fully engage audiences. There would be chances to adapt certain activities to meet individual needs, leading to positive parent feedback. And after every session I was responsible for cleaning and maintaining the establishment on a regular basis.

Similar to the role of Artistic Supervisor in KidZania London, ARK Schools required a certain level of strictness and discipline. I not only had to role model positive behaviour and interpersonal skills, I had to ensure the safety and needs of the children I worked with in full compliance with privacy and safeguarding procedures. I had to set-up rehearsal space, source food and refreshments, and teach and demonstrate musical techniques and then analyse performances and provide detailed feedback to encourage improvement. By doing this I established a strong rapport with the children, and provided mentoring and coaching in a positive way to build better performance and confidence.

With my short time at Taco Bell, and stepping out of my comfort zone I still managed to push myself and deliver the best customer service. I managed high-volume customer queries simultaneously through effective multitasking and handled requests with friendly, knowledgeable service and support, continually achieving positive customer feedback. I made sure to establish positive relationships with clients by going the extra mile to build rapport. I ensured the establishment was to a high cleanliness standard and I adhered strictly to policies and procedures for continued company compliance.

As a trainee Digital Marketing Assistant, I had to work with clients to manage customer product and service reviews, capturing their lifestyle using Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, SoundCloud and Spotify to promote their singles and albums. I made sure to work close with the communications officer and liaise any other external agencies.
