While working as a waiter and pot washer at The Greenhouse Christian Centre it gave me an excellent understanding of a good service for every customer who dined with us and ensures that they have a fantastic dining experience. Furthermore, It allowed me to develop good time management skills and understanding in regards to how a Kitchen runs and what is necessary to happen during a service.

I have also lived in hotels for the past 17 years. From ages 1 to 7, I lived in a hotel named Rydal Hall in the lake district of which my parents worked in a volunteer role. Therefore, we all lived on site and so because of this i was raised in hospitality so to me it became not only a job but a way of life and was raised that way. At the Age of 7 we moved to another hotel in Bournemouth, UK, named The Greenhouse Christian Centre where my parents were managers and of which we lived there until I was 18 years old. I was also working there as a waiter, pot washer and occasional food preparation when I was 16. However growing up in hotels gave me the attitude that hospitality is a way of life as opposed to just a job which I value hugely.
I love regularly going to the gym and working out as it provides me with a sense of accomplishment and feeling healthier as well as helping build high levels of discipline in the process. The values built in the gym help me with other commitments such as Badminton, table tennis and running as the will to keep going becomes stronger than the will to give up. In addition to this, when I can, I love to travel because it allows me to meet amazing new people, discover exciting cultures and widen my perspective on life the more I see how others around the world choose to live.
