Josh Mcgee

I am a university student at Waterbear College of Music {online}, with experience in songwriting for multiple different genres, producing my own instrumental tracks and improvisations via electric guitar and keys.

Self-initiated study over the years has provided me with a decent understanding of musical theory and ear training ability. Additionally, I have experience with cinematography, utilizing video editing software to create music videos- syncing audio with film.

Outside of the musical landscape, I have fours years of journalism experience, providing analytical deep-dives/reviews based on the video game industry, as well as two years of experience building custom PCs for clients. I have also worked as a self-employed gardener/landscaper for the past five years. Retail experience at Tesco, Asda and The British Red Cross have evidenced my ability to communicate effectively with members of the public, even during difficult encounters. I am looking to further develop my skills moving forward.
