  • Taken orders efficiently and quickly this is to maintain the demand and fast paced of each order that was made.
  • Keeping an eye on stock within the freezers to make sure everything is refreshed at the time to make sure the customer gets what they want when they want it as fast as possible.
  • Packing is resolved quickly and efficiently this all must be done within a 4-minute period as to not keep the customer waiting for a prolonged period and if it were to take longer communication was key to let them know so there is not confusion down the road.
  • If there ever was a problem with any of the orders making sure to keep the customers always happy, first off making sure everything is ok with what their issue is resolved as quickly and effectively as possible through communication.
  • If ever needed and help was needed, I would ask managers or others for help/Resources on how to work something or how to improve on many different situations.
  • Communication with the cooks/other packers is especially important as to keep the restaurant running it is key to make everything run as fast as possible while also making sure everyone is on the same page as others and not a disturbance with the different zones this Communication helps when things go wrong or simply helping others out to carry out the simplest of task.

  • Furthermore, listening skills were needed to make sure the social worker in question would be a right fit seeing if they were inspired to joining and looking for the body language this is to see their confidence while the interview was happening.
  • Finally making tough decisions and deciding on who was the most compassionate for the limited roles and taking that all into consideration then deciding who and who does not get the job.
