Releasing EA Sports WRC. While working fully remote I helped release the AAA-title, which I am now creating future DLC for.
Leading a team of artists. Managed and lead a team of artists, creating extensive pre-planning documentation to ensure that the team shared the same art vision. I organised, delegated and tracked tasks that we were responsible for, while giving regular feedback sessions with the team and to our outsourcing studio, ensuring asset quality and timely completion.
Creating realistic environments. Using footage from real world locations, I have created over 100 kilometres of rally tracks within Unreal Engine for players to experience while hitting strict performance targets for console and PC.
Improving pipeline workflow. Working alongside Technical Artists, I designed and improved custom in-house tools for the environment art team and created detailed tool manuals for other artists to use.
Extensive problem solving. Devised new pipeline workflows and techniques to increase quality and speed of levels. Identified bugs and created solutions to solve them as they appear. Meticulously tracked each issue using Jira to keep the team informed of solutions and progress.
