· Recognised by senior management for consistent delivery of successful store launches with minimal disruption to the other departments and in continually reducing timeframes.

· Secured a move into senior management at Sportsbikeshop from a low-level position through exceptional performance and delivery of training, integrating new colleagues seamlessly.

· Redesigned the warehouse layout and CMS system locations to increase the product picking rate, streamlining lengthy processes and vastly improving workflow.

· Adjusted the picking algorithm to allocate older products over item location, helping complete stock turnover more regularly.

· Investigated, identified and reconciled stock discrepancies to an accuracy of 99% across all remote stores.

· Redefined the processes required to bring an empty premises to a fully operational retail store and warehouse, merchandised, stocked and operating with a fully trained team into a 4-week process.

· All stores opened under my management exceeded their sales forecast within their first year, whilst maintaining over 90% staff retention.

· Created and monitored a KPI database to record and track staff hours and expenses for the retail department, including remote stores; this model was then adapted to monitor hours for all employees across all departments.
