Returned to Thames Water after being self employed for 4 years . When I returned to Thames water in the same depot I immediately became Trunk sewer ganger and have led the team completing various jobs over southeast /southwest London and Kent. Upon return the job had changed and we where now recording what we done underground in the sewers on an app called Symterra. This enables us to record any defects / missing weir boards / dates on our assets and put it all into a database. This has helped very well with knowledge of our sewer system over London with names of the sewers and also isolation points .

• Maintained excellent physical condition to meet demanding industry standards.

• Carried out weekly PPMS our assets such as Penstocks / cloughs and Flaps
• worked in a team of 7-8 delegating jobs for each individual
• Also part of a rescue team with contractors working on any of our sites , CP1 and Cp2 trained
• first aid trained to support any rescue
• kept up with the ground maintenance of 9 of our sites across the south east up to south west .
• prevented blockages and flooding happening with hands on approach down certain blockage points all over south London and Kent
