  • As NCR Coordinator for Siemens Gamesa, I am responsible for managing all project‑related NCRs throughout the full lifecycle of each project. This includes overseeing handover of production NCs into the project phase and subsequently from project into service. The role requires close collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders, including production teams, project personnel, contractors, and clients.
  • I maintain precise and consistent flow of NC information within SAP S/4HANA across SGRE business units, ensuring full traceability for both project teams and customers across all WTG assets. I also coordinate containment of suspected fleet‑wide issues within SAP S/4HANA and facilitate communication between relevant SGRE departments.
  • My responsibilities include managing all NCR‑related part orders, retrofits, and disposition actions within the system. I support the project team by leading regular meetings focused on overdue disposition actions, outstanding part orders, and missing components, ensuring timely resolution and alignment across the project

  • As Workflow Manager for the NEME region, I am responsible for overseeing NCR data quality across 40 sites from construction through to TOC. Highest priority is managing NCRs with HSE impact, ensuring each case is fully assessed and that Enablon actions are created to maintain safe working conditions for technicians. I also coordinate with relevant teams on 8D‑related cases to support effective root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Provide system support and training for the Technical Project Management team, delivering both remote and in‑person workshops. Since joining the company, I have taken the lead in developing and guiding this team’s system capability, ensuring consistent, high‑quality NCR processes across the region.
  • Responsible for all NEME region sites under construction for SAP data quality, NCR prioritization in relation to HSE and 8D impact
  • Support TPM team in SAP4HANNA with system support and training packages to ensure the system is being utilized for its purpose
  • Ensure direct communication with engineering, 8D teams and HSE for critical NC cases that have detrimental effect or loss of function on WTG

  • Operate across various factions of the offshore element of the business. This can range from pre-assembly, Installation and commissioning as well as end of warranty inspection and individual main components.
  • Personally handle all NCR reporting through internal systems such as Procore and SAP, being a competent user. Primarily this is a customer facing role completing final inspection walk downs with the end client.
  • Liaise with the project quality team, sub-contractors and site Client representative to verify, witness or supervise working of service providers.
  • Maintain daily and weekly status report of QA/QC activities and follow up on all NCR’s through to closure in Procore and SAP systems
  • Responsible for the timely execution of the project construction quality control activities ensuring all inspection documentation is completed.
  • Co-ordinate the responsible contractors for rectification of all NCR’s found during quality walkdowns through all phases of the project or process.

  • During the gearbox upgrade campaign it was my responsibility to oversee all aspects of marine operations, component install and load out. In addition to managing all quality walkdowns raising NCR’s where required.
  • Presented a clear HSE focus on the overall project ensuring all contracted companies comply with Parkwind’s policies and procedures.
  • Promote a positive health and safety culture throughout the project timeline and ensure all incident reports were followed up through to closure.
  • Complete incoming quality walkdowns of the gearbox and generator with outgoing inspections once completed to company specifications.
  • Maintain an accurate record of all lifting operations and installation activities in a reporting system specified by Parkwind and complete daily progress reports
  • Represent Parkwind’s interests at all vessel meetings, HSE safety walkdowns, project kick off meetings, TBT’s and back to work briefs.

  • As project supervisor for Vestas it was my responsibility to maintain project execution schedules, assigning tasks to technicians for both HV cross boundary tasks and mechanical upgrades. This involved managing HV switching schedules and aligning multiple companies and sub-contractors to achieve project completion on time and within budget.
  • Prepare and assign all daily task for HV team and Mechanical team technicians and act as the operational controller using SCADA for WTG prep
  • Verify and approve all time registrations for internal and external employees through company specific program, SAP4HANNA
  • Promote a positive Health and safety culture and ensure all incident notifications are reported in accordance with company and site procedure.
  • Ensure all documentation requirements are established and all contracted parties conform to written RAMS and AWP’s.

  • As Client representative for Parkwind it was my responsibility to manage the execution of the project and ensure that all stakeholders and employees’ including subcontractors, comply with all health, safety and environmental project requirements with an increased focus on asset and operational quality. Working closely with the MVOW site management team to promote a precise delivery of the contracted package.
