I have a background in creative computing and early experience in user experience design, including completing a UX-focused work experience internship with FrontM , followed by a virtual Technical Engineer internship with Lloyds Banking Group. I later studied Creative Computing at university, where I developed strong foundational knowledge in digital design, coding fundamentals, and user-centred design through practical projects. These included using HTML, JavaScript, and related technologies to build a simulated banking website and develop a mortgage calculator, as well as using C++ to create a basic 2D top-down shooter game. Alongside technical skills, I strengthened my problem-solving, teamwork, and presentation abilities, and realised I learn best through hands-on, applied work, leading me to pursue a degree apprenticeship in a technology- and advertising-focused environment.
Completed a virtual work experience programme exploring software engineering and technology solutions in a banking environment. Gained exposure to agile working, system design, and technology risk while developing problem-solving and technical communication skills
