I have professional experience which is rather hard to quantify, spanning over two decades and most of my adult life. I have worked with hundreds of electronic and live artists, festivals, agencies and brands either directly or indirectly. Thousands of events have been successfully advanced and delivered in my current role with zero downtime across them. I have delivered stages and full site productions for many major festivals in the uk, production support for commercial advertising agencies and countless one offs with outlandish specifications and delivery quotas. I have been very lucky that I have always worked in jobs that I have wanted to do and companies I wanted to work for. I am committed to learning, delivering excellence and fostering positive environments which give way to people being able to flourish. I am a firm believer that if we work hard, are open and honest that we will end up where we are supposed to be. I am looking forward to the next phase of my career. I have a strong passion for the arts, sports and music. Over the years in my current position I have developed a strong belief that we must help the youth reach their potential and will always do what I can to aid that. I love learning about new technologies, better working practices and helping others to achieve their goals. The main thing I have learned in everything I have done professionally is that the key to continued success is people. Believing in them and passing the torch at the right time is key. This is how I have delivered so much over the years. I am nothing without my team, but I am always responsible for them.
