Joseph Morris

I have recently finished Hereford Sixth Form College, I have been accepted on the foundation in Art and Design course at Hereford Art College which will start in September 2023.

I am a creative person with an eye for detail, in the summer of 2022 I decided to try and make chain mail and this hobby has developed into a small business and I have been able to sell my Jewellery to a local gallery. I have also begun to experiment with other techniques and mediums.

I like to be outdoors and enjoy helping my grandfather in the garden.

Prior to the pandemic I completed my D of E Bronze award and started my Silver however this was not completed due to the covid lock down.

I have also been a member of the Scouts since I was 7 years old.

Taking part in the D of E and the Scouts has enabled me to develop a number of transferable skills, around communication, team work and problem solving.

In my spare time i like to exercise frequently such as going to the gym and cycling, as well as this I like to spend as much time outside as possible completing small projects.

I am motivated hardworking and keen to take on new challenges and experiences.
