While my work experience only consists of two employers, both employers have allowed me to radiate and obtain amazing skills from team work and high pressure problem solving to leadership and business knowledge. Both jobs taught me the importance of quality of service and how the customer will always be the number one priority. afterall, without them, whats a business?
In both positions, i have poured my heart and soul into them as im a believer in someone who loves what they do, do it best! From working 12 hours shifts to ensure my team isnt struggling to working weekends, I believe my strongest trait is passion in what I do, especially on a business/corporate scale.
I also see myself as a polite and professional person with strong communication and multitasking skills, experienced in resolving customer complaints within company guidelines and using own initiative.
During my time with Parcelforce Worldwide, I have had the opportunity of experiencing and acting into many roles and responsibilities. These include Payroll, Transport, Delivery, Customer facing, Management (AM & PM), Enquiries and roles alike. This job requires me to be flexible as my shift pattern does not consist of static hours.
As a Crew Member, I was required to upsell new items and promotions in an extremely fast paced environment while maintaining quality of service and ensuring our work space was sanitized and clean. I was later promoted to supervisor and training manager. This brought upon the roles of opening and closing the store prep work, team productivity and efficiency.
