This role gave me the platform to showcase and develop my personal and professional skills, in a very fast paced challenging environment, from a young age. My key responsibilities within this role included replenishing stock, quality control and assurance, customer service and picking online orders. Importantly, I enjoyed how this role gave me opportunities to develop my individual skills whilst incorporating team work and building professional relationships as well as friendships.

This role gave me my first experience of managing a team and being a person of responsibility in a fast paced and challenging store at a young age. My main responsibilities included delegating staff, customer services, accepting direct deliveries, opening and closing the store and banking. I thoroughly enjoyed this position and I am appreciative of the opportunity and development that came hand in hand with his role and its duties.

Whilst studying at University, I worked as a sales associate at Sunglass Hut. Key elements of my role involved face to face sales, stock maintenance, accepting deliveries, banking, and opening and closing the store. Something I am proud of in this role, was how I quickly established great product knowledge and a passion for sales and customer satisfaction which aided me with the face to face interaction that came with this role.
