I like playing football taught me that the best results come from awareness, teamwork, and quick thinking. On the field, success isn’t just about individual skill. It’s about reading the game, anticipating your teammates’ next moves, and communicating clearly even when the pressure is on. 

My commitment to fitness didn't come from vanity, it started watching family members struggle with preventable health issues. Seeing loved ones lose mobility or battle chronic conditions taught me that real strength means showing up for my future self. That same proactive mindset defines how I do everything.

The gym reminds me daily that small, disciplined actions compound  whether it's adding 5lbs to my deadlift or 20-60minutes of cardio weekly. Also I have a genuine interest in understanding how people think, feel, and communicate, Especially through non-verbal cues like tone, pauses, and body language. I enjoy reading books and observing real-life interactions to better understand human behavior. This passion has helped me become more empathetic and attentive in conversations.
