In my work, I installed and replaced engines, meticulously following factory specifications to assure precision and dependability. Collaborating with team members, I coordinated workflows in high-pressure conditions while keeping vehicle availability above 75%. My responsibilities included disassembling and reassembling motor components for repairs, presenting difficult concerns to other departments so that educated decisions could be made, and painstakingly following technical documentation. I generated detailed defect reports, advised corrective steps, and maintained work logs to ensure accurate record-keeping. I assured the vehicle's operation and longevity by arranging and carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM). Furthermore, I followed stringent health and safety guidelines, kept calm under pressure, and responded effectively to situations, offering dependable assistance.
