Summary
Whilst at School I was part of a team of dancers who would visit different areas in the UK and compete against other dance groups, we were required to train several times a week to ensure we performed at a high standard, this team work has carried forward into my work ethos and I believe has made me the person I am, I can work either alone or as part of a team.
I completed my work experience at Greater Manchester Police and worked alongside the Police and Manchester Probation Service in their Spotlight Team, during this placement I worked with officers and also met individuals who had committed crime offences and spoke to them at length about their offending history and the reasons why they have committed the crime, this information with the persons permission was used in a case study I later presented to my peers at College, I believe this shows the ability to gain information, retain it and then inform my peers at college and hopefully assist with their studies.

- I have worked at Summerseat garden Centre for the past 2 years progressing to Team leader for the weekend staff.
- My work involves providing prompt and efficient service for customers.
- I am responsible for managing difficult situations and dealing with them ensuring the customer is satisfied with the service they recieve, I believe reputation is very important and the Garden centre has a core base of clients who are influencial in the community, should issues not be rectified and dealt with in a professional manner this could cause great reputational damage to the company, I ensure all issues are dealt with whilst ensuring the company guidelines are followed. I am a hard worker and flexible often changing my shift to ensure miminum staffing levels are adhered to.
