I carry out property inspections, assess condition, identify works needed to bring homes to a lettable standard, estimate refurbishment costs, and advise landlords and homeowners on the best route to market. I also source investment opportunities, collating comparable evidence to help clients make informed decisions and secure sound investments.
I have experience working with landlords, tenants, and contractors to resolve issues, maintain properties to a high standard, and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements. I enjoy problem-solving, providing excellent customer service, and working with people to achieve the best outcomes.
I’m keen to gain any additional training needed, including asbestos awareness, and am flexible, organised, and motivated to contribute positively to processes while supporting Bernicia’s mission of delivering high-quality housing services to residents.
