• I was training to be a Panel Beater at Pronto Accident Repair, carrying out miracle pulling, filler, hammer and dolly techniques remove and refit parts to compete the job to a quality standard which is needed when repairing and refitting.

• The company had lost a contact and therefore wasn’t able to carry on the training required.

• I have worked in the wheels refurbishment department, which includes refurbishment of damage of alloys, tyre changing/balancing/puncture repairs, diamond cutting lathe.
• I then chose to move to another department to better and further my skills. I have moved to the Panel Beating department which i have been on for 4 months - current. I have learnt plastic welding, welding,filler work, miracle pin puller, slide hammers, stripping parts of cars ready for the panel work to be done.
• repairing damaged bodywork, dents, holes, corroded areas
• stripping damaged car panel and trims
• preparation of vehicles ready to be resprayed
• Assessing vehicle to establish extent of damage and ensure correct repair method and tools/equipment is used

• I volunteered at Autocraft in December 2018, for one month they then offered me a permanent job. After passing my probation period. I then worked on the factory floor striping down engines, I also worked on different departments at Autocraft such as on the head section building new heads,valves,cams and pressure testing the engines and finding faults,cracks and defects.
