I am a confident and reliable manager with 7+ years of experience in food and beverage. I am proactive in my position to oversee and address any challenges, this allows me to work well under pressure and maintain high standards of service in a high-volume hospitality environment. I am able to structure efficient day-to-day routines through analysing data ahead of time to diminish the possibilities of any issues to arise. As a duty manager, I had multiple responsibilities which I was relied upon. It was my responsibility to analyse data to ensure that there were no unforeseen hurdles to come across. I convey a smooth daily operation by overseeing that my team were delegated correctly and best utilised. I have expertise in leadership and, like to maintain a good rapport with my team members and help and support them in their development. I deliver a high level of customer service and service journey which shows my ability to run a successful restaurant establishment.

It was my duty to ensure that arriving guests would feel welcome and have a memorable dining experience. I would achieve this by making conversations and always delivering our service with a smile. I quickly became a valued team member as, shortly in to my journey, I was assigned the role of one-to-one training with the new team whom started. My professionalism and work ethic then lead me on to my next journey within the company of Restaurant Duty Manager.
